flowers, butterflies, fairy tales, embroidered fragments, Chinese blues, Botticelli angels, Blake's visions, Burne-Jones pictures............................................................................................

amongst many other hints and wisps of the past..........................

to catch in my net and weave into mydesigns..................

which I hope others might find as beautiful as their inspirations.

CONGRATULATIONS WILLIAM AND KATE/CATHERINE-wishing nothing but the best for you two!

What a beautiful dress and lovely occasion. Hers's hoping they have a wonderful life together, but if not, no one can take away the day!!!

My prince may have turned into a frog but it still was a great day and.........notice any similarities?!!!!!!!!! Lace, veil, train uniform and Aston............well a bit of a stretch of the imagination.







Loved the choice of flowers white and green- my bouquet would have been white, but it was supposed to be a copy of my Mother's posy. My tiara was wax orange blossoms borrowed from my Durham college bedder and I still prefer it to diamonds.  Would have had sleeves like Kate's but the shop only did this dress with spanish style and they did look lovely on the day.

Ah, nostalgia, as I said no-one can take away the day......

    Hi Chris, beautiful wedding dress :) I can't wait to finish so I can start planning my wedding! Just to let you know Trisha gave us a Time Table for last few weeks at uni, I know Mavis took a hard copy for you but I have emailed you one to your college email.

    thanks Bev, that's so nice of you, comment and e-mail (although it hadn't arrived when I was on the college site a few minutes ago...and you know what it's like for losing e-mails!!!)Not long now until you can apply your brilliant card etc.skills to your wedding..........counting down in days now!!!!!
