I have always loved History, Literature and Art.........................................................................................................
beautiful things, the stuff of dreams..................................................

flowers, butterflies, fairy tales, embroidered fragments, Chinese blues, Botticelli angels, Blake's visions, Burne-Jones pictures............................................................................................

amongst many other hints and wisps of the past..........................

to catch in my net and weave into mydesigns..................

which I hope others might find as beautiful as their inspirations.

Chinese New Year Greetings - Welcome Year of The Rabbit 2011...may it be a good one for everybody!!!! ENJOY:-)



If you skip over the sweet little rabbits (!!!!!!) there are some wonderful pictures of how Chinese New Year is celebrated in China ,on this U Tube clip..................so colourful, and so much fun.....which is why I still celebrate, even though it is some time since I lived in Hong Kong and  was able to ehjoy the real thing!!!!
