flowers, butterflies, fairy tales, embroidered fragments, Chinese blues, Botticelli angels, Blake's visions, Burne-Jones pictures............................................................................................

amongst many other hints and wisps of the past..........................

to catch in my net and weave into mydesigns..................

which I hope others might find as beautiful as their inspirations.

Chelsea Show bike look alike!!

Following an amusing comment about my 'cottage garden soft top', here's one I did earlier...Chelsea Garden, 2010 style!!

    Will do!!:-) The bike is still in need of planting this year, as I am still in the depths of Summer/belated Spring cleaning!!! Good Luck with all your ventures

    PS Bike was vintage when it was rescued in Germany a few decadews ago-(may be pre-war). James renovated it but then we couldn't find a pump that would fit the tyre valves :-( so have kept as a garden fixture and a reminder of all the beautiful flowers I loved so much in Germany. Still don't understand why people in the UK don't realise how just a few lovely flower filled window boxes can brighten up the bleakest appartment blocks.....
